Welcome to the 247 Digital Logistics booking app! Our platform is designed to give you complete control and instant transparency over your truck and container bookings in the UAE. Follow these simple steps to schedule and track your next delivery.
Step-by-Step Booking Process
Step 1: Explore & Choose Service – After login, explore Dashboard, track orders, or tap Instant/Scheduled Delivery to start.
Step 2: Select Date & Time – For scheduled delivery, choose Booking Date and Time, then tap Continue.
Step 3: Choose Trailer Type – Select the suitable Trailer based on load (e.g., 20/40 Feet Containers).
Step 4: Enter Locations – Input Pickup and Drop-off Addresses; map displays route; tap Continue.
Step 5: Add Delivery Details – Enter Goods Type, Booking Reference/Container Number, Instructions, and confirm Pick-up/Drop-off details.
Step 6: Select Service Add-ons – Add extra services like Insurance, Helper, or Flights of Stairs Fee; tap Continue.
Step 7: Review Booking Summary – Check final Booking Summary including Amount, Pickup/Drop-off, Weight, Goods Type, Sender/Receiver, and fees.
Step 8: Confirm & Book Delivery – Tap Book Delivery to save booking and view confirmation.
Real-Time Tracking & Completion
Step 9: View Current Bookings – Tap Your Bookings to see current and completed orders and open Delivery Tracker.
Step 10: Track Milestones – Delivery Tracker shows milestones: Request, Accepted, Awaiting Pickup, Picked Up, Out for Delivery, Delivered, POD Completed with notifications.
Step 11: Delivery Completion & Feedback – Receive final alert of completion and prompt to Rate Driver and provide feedback.
Step 12: Complete Details – Tap View Details anytime to see final Booking Summary, Amount Paid, Tracking ID, delivery status, and load references.
