The 247 Logistics Driver App is designed to empower you with all the tools you need for seamless, efficient, and successful deliveries. Follow these simple steps to complete your jobs quickly and accurately.
Step-by-Step Booking Process
Step 1: Welcome & Login – Open the app and enter your Username and Password to log in.
Step 2: View Job Requests – See the list of available Job Requests with customer, distance, estimated payment, and cargo weight.
Step 3: Start the Job – Tap Start Job, confirm “Do you want to start this delivery?” by selecting YES.
Step 4: Check Job Details – Tap Job Details to view Pick-up, Drop-off, Goods Type, Weight, Instructions, Booking Reference, Sender & Receiver Details.
Step 5: Navigate to Pick-up – View Pick-up Address on map and use navigation (G-Maps icon) to reach.
Step 6: Confirm Pick-up – Tap Pickup and confirm “Delivery Picked up? Yes” upon arrival.
Step 7: Navigate to Drop-off – Use map to reach Drop-off Address and tap Submit POD.
Step 8: Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) – Take a photo using Camera Icon, tap OK, and Submit the POD.
Step 9: Complete Delivery – Tap Delivered after POD submission and offloading; screen shows Delivery Completed.
